IT Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Assistant. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a knack for simple IT tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform simple administrative tasks such as data entry and document filing.
• Handle data erasure and reformatting of incoming IT equipment like laptops, CPUs.
• Assist in basic IT-related tasks such as software installation and testing.
• Organize and update inventory records.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Might need to travel to customer office to perform installations once in a while.
• Simple warehousing work.

Requirements

• Basic IT knowledge or interest in learning IT-related processes.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in administrative work.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions closely.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Able to work independantly.
