We specialise in functional fitness, strength training, Animal Flow, ContempFIT, mobility, dance-inspired movement, and family-focused fitness programs for both adults and kids. We are looking for a passionate full-time coach who loves helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through fitness and movement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Fitness Movement Coach to join our growing SPACECUBOID team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of personal training, group class coaching, movement-based training, and dance-inspired fitness. Training will be provided, but the right candidate should already have a strong passion for coaching, fitness, movement, and people.

Candidates with a background in contemporary dance, ballet, jazz, dance fitness, gymnastics, mobility, yoga, Pilates, or movement arts will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting personal training sessions for adults and youths
• Leading group fitness and movement classes
• Coaching functional fitness, mobility, strength, conditioning, and dance-inspired programs
• Assisting with SPACECUBOID’s signature programs such as ContempFIT, Animal Flow-inspired movement, mobility, and body transformation classes
• Engaging and motivating members to stay consistent in their fitness journey
• Supporting kids and youth movement programs when required
• Helping with class preparation, studio operations, and member experience
• Assisting with member consultations, sales, renewals, and follow-ups
• Maintaining a professional, positive, and encouraging studio environment
• Representing the SPACECUBOID brand with energy, care, and professionalism

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Personal Training certification or relevant fitness qualification
• Group Class Instructor certification or experience
• Strong interest in fitness, movement, dance, and body transformation
• Passion for coaching and working with people
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable conducting both 1-to-1 and group sessions
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours based on studio schedule
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence in speaking to members and prospects
