Job Description & Requirements

• reporting to the project manager, plan and advise management on accident prevention, safety work methods, legal requirements affecting safety and health
• deploy workplace safety and health (WSH) programmes
• advise on work plan/ risk assessment/safe work procedures
• ensure that all safety compliance and processes adhered to by all workers
• able to communicate to all levels and attend to daily site meeting
• coordinate implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• ensure and conduct periodic toolbox meetings
• establish quality safety management policies and procedures
• ensure personal protection equipment is applied with site at all time
• responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials on site
• Good working knowledge ISO14000, OH&S 45001
• conduct emergency fire drills

Requirements:

- specialist diploma in workplace safety and health/ Advance certificate in WSH, confined space safety assessor

- at least 2 years of working experience in building or civil construction industry

- a team player who is hands on and meticulous in his work

- able to start work immediately or within a short notice
