Floor Staff/Server

Mogambo Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant nightspot that's been at Boat Quay since 2011.

We are seeking dependable, hardworking and fun-loving Floor Staff/Servers to join our team.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

· Serving customers to a high standard by attending to guests’ needs in a prompt and professional manner

· Handling cash and credit card transactions

· Product knowledge and upselling

· Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and its equipment

· Responsible for front of house opening and closing

· Performing inventory counts on beverage and other stock

Industry experience preferred but not necessary as training will be provided. Transport and staff meals also provided depending on shifts worked. Salary commensurate with experience.

Ability to work and stay calm in a fast-paced environment vital.

A great attitude and interpersonal skills are a massive bonus.
