Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to grow our Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) business in Singapore and the region by identifying sales opportunities, generating RFQs, building customer relationships, and securing orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for Pressure Safety Valves (PSV/PRV) by identifying upcoming projects, maintenance needs, shutdowns, and replacement opportunities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, distributors, and engineering companies to support sales growth
• Proactively approach potential customers to generate new RFQs and follow up from enquiry through to order placement
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal and factory teams to prepare accurate quotations and resolve technical clarifications
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to secure profitable orders
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and RFQ-generation targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct regular customer visits and deliver product presentations to promote PSV solutions
• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and develop long-term business partnerships
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming projects to inform sales strategies
• Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer updates to track progress and inform management
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of customer orders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred
• Sales experience in Pressure Safety Valves / Pressure Relief Valves highly preferred
• Experience in industrial valves, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, or process industries
• Existing relationships with EPC contractors, end users, consultants, and industrial customers advantageous
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills
• Proven ability to generate RFQs and convert sales opportunities into confirmed orders
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities
