BIM Modeller (Architectural)

Job Description

As a key member of our Architectural Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality, efficient, and innovative built environments. We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled BIM Modeller who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a collaborative, design-driven environment.

You’ll work closely with designers, project leads, and construction teams to implement effective BIM workflows, deliver accurate project documentation, and contribute to the success of diverse projects through coordination, innovation, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement BIM standards across all architectural projects
• Prepare accurate and timely design, tender, and construction documentation
• Collaborate with project and construction teams on Corenet submissions and updates
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks
• Analyze design challenges and contribute practical, buildable solutions
• Ensure BIM deliverables align with project milestones and authority requirements
• Support the architectural team in digital workflows and quality control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the architectural field
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Skilled in Navisworks for model review and coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
• Knowledge of local building codes and submission processes is an advantage
