Salary: Up to $2,800 + AWS
Location: Macpherson
Working Days: 5.25 days (Mon- to Fri 8am – 5.30pm, Alt Sat 8am – 12.30pm)

Key Duties:

• Route incoming calls to the appropriate departments and handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and online enquiries professionally.
• Manage customer feedback, concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is highly advantageous
