Accounts Executive – Full Set Accounts

Location: Defu Lane
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $3,000 – $3,800/month
Benefits: 13th Month AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL)

• Maintain audit schedules and supporting financial documentation

• Prepare quarterly GST submissions

• Perform month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting

• Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of finance documents

• Coordinate and conduct stock takes

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Support other finance-related and ad hoc duties assigned by management
