Salary: Up to $2,800

Lucrative Bonus includes :

• AWS
• OT payable

Location: Macpherson
Working Days: 5.25 days (Mon- to Fri 8am – 5.30pm, Alt Sat 8am – 12.30pm)

Key Duties:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering accurate information and ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries.
• Schedule servicing and repair appointments, optimizing customer convenience and company efficiency.
• Follow‑up calls with customers related to recalls and service campaigns
• Perform general administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and supporting daily operations.

Key Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is highly advantageous
