Community Partnership Assistant (Contract)(Jurong East) #SJN

Responsibilities

• Provide logistic and administrative support, assist with event registration and crowd control.

• Perform general administrative duties not limited to:

o Tracking and upkeeping calendar of events

o Provide different reporting and tracking including collation of vacancies, documents tracking, budget tracking, claims document verification and tracking on a daily or monthly basis

o Perform data entry, collation of data, preparation of letters, printing, scanning, filing, receipts/deliveries of documents and materials from partners.

• Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

• Possess good communication skills.

• Meticulous & Independent with good coordination skills.

• Able to work with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment and a team player.

• Able to work on weekends

• Able to commute islandwide for events/outreach.
