Luxury Travel Designer

Our client is one of the established players in the travel and tourism industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Luxury Travel Designer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high-performing team. They are located in the Central area.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate personalized luxury travel itineraries with unique experiences and premium accommodations.
• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, accommodation, tours, dining, and concierge requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel partners, hotels, DMCs, airlines, and lifestyle providers.
• Provide seamless client service before, during, and after travel, including handling urgent requests and resolving issues professionally.
• Stay updated on global travel trends, new destinations, and luxury hospitality developments.
• Assist with marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in luxury travel design, hospitality, or concierge services.
• Strong knowledge of high-end destinations, properties, and experiences worldwide.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Able to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• GDS systems (Sabre preferred) and CRM knowledge are an advantage.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
• Sales-oriented.
