PLASTERER

Roles & Responsibilities:

Carry out plastering, skimming, rendering, and finishing works on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
Perform bricklaying and related masonry works when required.
Apply waterproofing materials and carry out waterproofing works.
Install wall, ceiling, and other construction panels according to site requirements.
Prepare surfaces before plastering, including cleaning, levelling, and applying bonding materials.
Mix and prepare plaster, cement mortar, and other construction materials according to required specifications.
Prepare construction work areas, materials, tools, and equipment.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment within the worksite.
Remove construction debris, waste, and hazardous materials from designated work areas in accordance with site safety requirements.
Assist in assembling and dismantling barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding where required.
Follow approved work procedures, safety requirements, and instructions from supervisors.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.

Job Requirements:

Relevant experience in plastering, skimming, bricklaying, and general construction works is preferred.
Able to perform physically demanding construction work.
Able to work at construction sites and at height where required.
Able to work independently and as part of a site team.
Willing to comply with all workplace safety and health requirements.
Able to work overtime when required by project/site schedules.
