Production Supervisor

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Production Supervisor:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety and quality objectives while supporting the production team in daily manufacturing activities and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and guide Foremen, Group Leaders, and Operators to build a capable and high-performing production team.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, digitalization, and IT system initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Assist in monitoring and optimizing the 4M (Man, Machine, Material, and Method) to support manufacturing objectives.
• Support process documentation, standardization, and work instruction updates as required.
• Participate in troubleshooting and hands-on activities related to process improvement and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, to achieve project and operational objectives.
• Perform other ad hoc engineering and operational support tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills with an innovative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, and AI tools through prompting is an advantage.
• Good IT literacy with the ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve in a dynamic work environment.
• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and working with tools, equipment, and prototypes.
• Willing and enthusiastic to undertake hands-on technical and engineering activities.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 +AWS +VB (1-2 months)
• Working Location: Yishun
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon-Fri: 8:15am-5:30pm
