GL Finance Executive – Operational Finance #HMS

Location: Mapletree Business City
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: $5,000 – $6,000/month
Contract: Maternity Coverage
Annual Leave: 20 days (pro-rated)
Completion Bonus: 1 month (pro-rated)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive to join the Operational Finance team, with a strong focus on General Ledger (GL), month-end closing and Balance Sheet reconciliations.

You will support the day-to-day accounting operations of various entities and play an important role in ensuring accurate and timely financial close.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities for assigned business processes and entities

• Prepare accurate accounting entries for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing

• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

• Handle hands-on General Ledger (GL) accounting activities

• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and aligned with Group accounting policies and IFRS

• Support statutory audits and internal control requirements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and reporting deadlines are met

• Assist with ad hoc finance projects and operational activities

Important: Candidates should be comfortable supporting month-end closing, including OT from approximately 8:00 PM–9:00 PM for around 3–5 days during closing periods.
