Finance Executive – 6-Month Contract

Location: Loyang
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:48 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000/month, negotiable based on experience
Contract Duration: 6 months
Transport: One-way transport available from Tampines/Pasir Ris and Sengkang/Kranji in the morning

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive to support the finance team in accounting operations, inventory and fixed asset management, internal controls and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with fixed asset physical counts, tagging and reconciliation

• Support inventory reporting, reconciliation, stock counts and inventory adjustments

• Assist with business control assessments and control testing

• Work with external auditors on control evaluations and statutory audits

• Support preparation of capital asset acquisition requests

• Assist the finance team with Accounts Payable activities

• Support bookkeeping and month-end closing activities

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
