Logistics Executive (6 months/MNC) - East/up to $4.5k #HAO

Salary: up to $4500

Job Description:
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics, including deliveries, collections and shipments.

• Plan delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers, transporters, suppliers and customers.

• Prepare and verify delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents and other logistics documentation.

• Monitor shipment and delivery status to ensure timely fulfilment.

• Liaise with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are available when required.

• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for local and overseas shipments.

• Arrange transportation and optimise delivery routes and costs.

• Track inventory movement and support stock reconciliation when required.

• Handle logistics-related issues such as delivery delays, discrepancies and damaged goods.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules and logistics costs.

• Monitor logistics expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and relevant logistics regulations.

• Support other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant logistics experience
