Production Assistant Engineer (Medical Product / Training Provided / Japan MNC) AL70

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide overalltechnical support for production operations.
• Conduct equipment and processqualification activities as required.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, machinemanuals, and equipment-related documentation.
• Identify and drive process improvement,automation, and engineering projects to enhance productivity, improveoperational efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Oversee production control activities,including rework, scrap/loss disposition, process deviations, validationprotocols, new process implementation, and process changes.
• Manage, supervise, and develop technicaland engineering staff to support operational objectives.
• Coordinate with the Production team onmachine installation and facility layout planning.
• Maintain 5S practices within theworkplace.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical &Electronic / Mechatronics / Robotics).
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solvingskills.
• Good project management, planning and negotiationskills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
