Retail Supervisor | Up to $3,000 | 5 Days

Our client is a leading retail company with multiple outlets across the East region.

Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 10:30am – 10:00pm

Locations: Paya Lebar / Bedok / Tampines / Pasir Ris
Must be willing to travel between outlets when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation and performance management.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle enquiries and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure store operations, inventory and merchandising standards are well maintained.
• Support initiatives to improve sales, store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Work with the management team on marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level with at least 2 years of retail supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work across different outlets when required.
