Duration: 6 months
Salary: Up to $4400 + 0.5 month bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end journals including bank charges, merchant fees and bank revaluations.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding reconciling items.
- Work with vendors to onboard new bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and update matching rules.
- Manage daily cash flow and cash projections to optimise cash usage and returns.
- Maintain and improve process and control documentation.
- Support internal and external audits relating to bank reconciliations.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and role rotations within Investment Accounting, Fund Operations and Cash Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
- Knowledge of AS400 and Oracle
- Experience in process documentation and software testing
