Senior Corporate Secretarial (Audit/Accounting firm) | S$4,500 basic + bonus

Our Client, an independent consulting group specializing in cross border tax and structures, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Senior Corporate Secretarial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial duties.

• Assist in incorporation of new companies, on-going corporate secretarial matters, striking off, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws.

• Update and maintain of statutory registers and records, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare/review directors and shareholders’ minutes of meetings and resolutions for specific transactions, relevant statutory forms and related documents.

• Handle client acceptance and compliance including KYC/CDD.

• Perform e-Filing with ACRA and stamping with IRAS.

• Monitor deadlines.

• Assist in ad hoc advisory assignment.

• Handle any other ad-hoc assignment to be directed by superior from time to time
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field

• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Town (Central)

• Working Days/Hours: 5 Days/Office hours, 9am - 6pm

• Salary: Up till $4,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
