💰 Salary: $2,000 – $2,600/month
🕘 Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Saturday, 9am – 1pm

Looking for a stable job with regular working hours and attractive staff benefits? Join Total Swiss Biotechnology Pte Ltd as an E-Commerce Packer and be part of a supportive operations team handling daily orders, deliveries and inventory.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pack orders accurately for delivery and courier collection
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Receive, issue and organise incoming/outgoing stocks
• Perform daily stock counts and inventory checks
• Update order and delivery statuses in the e-commerce system
• Prepare and maintain simple inventory reports
• Liaise with Operations and Accounts teams on orders and payments
• Handle basic data entry, filing and document printing
• Assist with loading, unloading, lifting and moving goods
• Perform other ad-hoc duties when required

Who We’re Looking For

• Organised, careful and detail-oriented
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable with packing, carrying and handling goods
• Candidates with packing, warehouse, inventory or e-commerce experience are welcome to apply
