Supports marketing events, campaigns, vendor management, research and budget coordination. Handles admin tasks, collaborates with stakeholders, and works flexible hours to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including logistics, setup, teardown, and liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Assist in media planning, booking, and campaign execution across various channels and platforms.
- Source and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and vendors, evaluating pricing, quality, and service offerings to support procurement and budget optimization.
- Conduct market and competitor research, including industry trends and data analysis, to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Monitor and coordinate departmental budgets, invoices, purchase requests, quotations, and other finance-related processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, online purchases, and inventory record management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute and optimize marketing and communication plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to objectives.
- Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to departmental needs.
Requirements
- Strong interest in traditional marketing, event marketing, and brand activation activities.
- Prior experience in coordinating events, exhibitions, roadshows, or promotional campaigns is preferred.
- Willing to work one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) as required for events and marketing activities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when managing multiple projects, events, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in event management, roadshows, vendor coordination, and supplier management will be an added advantage.
