Job Summary

You will prepare and manage tenders and cost estimates for fire protection projects, review technical drawings for compliance, evaluate supplier quotations, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver effective fire protection solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed tenders, cost estimates, quotations, and Bills of Materials (B.O.M.) to support project bidding and budgeting
• Review technical drawings and specifications to verify compliance with fire protection standards and project requirements
• Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to secure competitive pricing and quality services
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and communication
• Provide technical input on fire protection system concepts and solutions to enhance project design and implementation
• Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or fire protection projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation for technical drawing review and preparation
• Experience with MS Project for project scheduling and management
• Established industry network with developers, M&E consultants, contractors, and vendors
