You are responsible for the design and development of equipment and test systems, as well as providing advanced fault troubleshooting down to component level. The role supports failure investigations, technical reporting, and preparation of engineering documentation, including test plans, procedures, and manuals. The position requires strong electronic design, programming, and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to work independently and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

- Responsible for the design and development of equipment/testers
- Perform equipment/module fault troubleshooting down to component level
- Involved in documentation, including test plans,procedures, and manuals
- Participate in failure investigations and assist ingenerating reports
Qualities We Value
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or Diploma with minimum 7 years of experience in electronic design and troubleshooting
- Programming knowledge in microcontrollers and circuit design; knowledge of FPGA and CPLD circuit design is an advantage
- Familiarity with LabVIEW or C programming is an advantage
- Good knowledge of RF systems is an advantage
- Experience in using test instruments such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and digital oscilloscopes
- Basic soldering skills are required
- Willingness to learn new software and explore troubleshooting methodologies
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
