Retail Associate

Calling all fashion enthusiast!

We're looking for fashion enthusiasts to join us as a Retail Associate!

As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting the daily operations of the store.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and styling recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Processing clothing buy-back transactions and ensuring quality control.
• Supporting store management with inventory control, stock organization, and merchandising.
• Training and mentoring new staff to ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to store and company policies.
• Handling customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Retail experience
• Males must have completed their 2 years National Service
• Keen interest in Japanese fashion/culture, especially in second hand reusable items
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and work flows
• Bubbly and positive personality
• Hardworking and takes initiative to get things done
• Here for long term commitment
• Responsible individual who has good attendance and tardiness records
