Clinic Assistant ($2400 - $3500)

Staff Nurse / Enrolled Nurse ($2800 - $5000)

Clinic Hours - No shift. Closed on PH & Sunday

Full time - perm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk duties, including patient registration, phone enquiries, appointment booking and cashiering.

• Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

• Chaperone doctors during consultation or minor clinic procedures when required.

• Coordinate and arrange timing for inpatient procedures or admissions when required.

• Liaise with insurance companies on claims, pre-authorisations and related matters.

• Manage clinic inventory, including stock take and replenishment of supplies.

• Tabulate and reconcile daily clinic financial takings and transactions.

• Perform other ad-hoc clinic duties as assigned by the doctor or supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Experience with Plato / Clinic Assist software will be an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in specialist clinic/ private clinic setting will be an advantage.

• Immediate starter or candidates who can start within short notice will be preferred.
