Programme Executive (6 Months Contract – Maternity Cover)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach to raise awareness of family-related support services and encourage participation in Family Life Education programmes.
• Partner with schools to identify the needs of parents and recommend suitable parenting and marriage programmes.
• Support the Family Life Trainer in programme coordination, including participant recruitment, venue arrangements, and logistics.
• Host and facilitate webinars via the Zoom platform.
• Maintain programme records and assist with data management and administrative tasks.
• Provide operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes and events.

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work or a related field.
• Experience in event coordination and/or data management is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with parents, schools, and community stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom).
• Passionate about supporting families and empowering parents.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekday evenings and weekends, when required.
