Quantity Surveyor | A2 Maincon | Building Projects

Location: Geylang/Project site
Work Schedule: 5 days/week

Overview

Support project cost management, tendering, procurement, subcontract administration, and contract documentation. The role assists in managing project costs, payment claims, and contract-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Source quotations from subcontractors and suppliers during tendering.

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.

• Prepare subcontract documents, procurement schedules, and contract documentation.

• Assist in subcontract evaluation, negotiation, and award.

• Process payment claims, variation orders (VO), and monthly payment certificates.

• Maintain project records, including contract documents, variation orders, material price lists, and cost reports.

• Support procurement activities and monitor project costs for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Around 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or contract administration within the construction industry, preferably building projects experience.

• Knowledge of tendering, procurement, cost estimation, and subcontract management.

• Familiar with quantity take-off, payment claims, variation orders, and project costing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
