Job Description

• Support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment-related activities across the organisation.
• Assist with HR data consolidation, cleaning and reporting using Excel.
• Support the enhancement and implementation of HR process automation using Power Automate.
• Identify recurring manual HR processes and explore opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
• Develop practical Excel-based tools, including formulas, PivotTables, VBA and macros, where applicable.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders across different departments to support ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
• Prepare clear, structured and user-friendly reports and documentation.
• Handle employee and organisational information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Human Resources, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Prior HR experience and proven experience of using Power Automate in the delivery and roll out of various automation and enhancement projects preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and AI tools.
• Comfortable working with HR data, reports and spreadsheets.
• Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
