We are hiring 4 months Contract HR Executive to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities

* Handle payroll for approximately 100 headcount using System Infotech.

* Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management and HR administration.

* Prepare HR-related documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short-term contracts, warning letters and certification letters.

* Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews.

* Handle compensation and benefits matters, including government leave claims such as childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental and NS makeup claims.

Requirements:

* Experience in payroll and HR administration preferred.

* Able to handle payroll for approximately 100 headcount.

* Able to commit to contract Duration: October 2026 – January 2027
