Job Responsibilities

* Register patients using Microsoft Office systems, handling 100+ patients per day.

* Support daily administrative and clinic operations.

* Assist with patient registration and enquiries.

* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Able to use Microsoft Office.

* Experience in healthcare setting is preferred.

* Able to commit 4–5 shifts per week on a long-term locum basis.

* Able to rotate between different Medical Centres.

* Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.

* Able to commit to 1 week of continuous OJT from the start date, with no breaks in between.

* Able to commit to 44 hours per week (Weekdays – Rostered: AM: 9am – 5.30pm, PM: 12pm – 9pm, Full Shift: 9am – 9pm, Weekends – Rostered: PM: 1pm – 9pm, Roster includes weekdays, weekends and pre/post PH when required.
