Service Excellence Manager (1Year, City Hall)

As part of the Quality Service Manager team within the Service Excellence Department, you will support company's commitment to delivering clear, responsive, and court user-centric services. This role contributes to enhancing service quality by managing written communications, supporting feedback management processes, and driving initiatives that strengthen the overall court user experience.

In this temporary position, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to address user enquiries, identify opportunities for service improvement, and support the development of a culture of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to written communications from users, including emails, online submissions, and letters, ensuring responses are clear, accurate, timely, and sensitive to their concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments and public agencies to resolve service-related issues, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall court user experience.
• Support the planning, communication, and implementation of service initiatives, resources, and programmes aimed at strengthening service standards and fostering a strong service culture
• Assist in monitoring feedback trends and identifying opportunities for continuous service improvement.
