Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager withstrong SharePoint experience to lead and manage end-to-end technologyprojects, with a focus on SharePoint-based solutions, collaboration platforms,document management, and business process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong project managementcapabilities combined with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint /SharePoint Online, stakeholder management, and experience deliveringprojects within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects involving SharePoint / SharePoint Online implementations, enhancements, migrations, and integrations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate with SharePoint developers, technical teams, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
  • Drive requirements gathering, solution discussions, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Oversee SharePoint site architecture, document management, workflows, permissions, and collaboration solutions from a project delivery perspective.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, security requirements, governance, and documentation practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies where required.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, requirements, and UAT documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement and optimization of SharePoint solutions and business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within IT/software/digital transformation projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving Microsoft SharePoint / SharePoint Online.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and related collaboration tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint migration, implementation, integration, workflow automation, or platform enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) will be an advantage.
  • Experience with SharePoint migration tools and Microsoft 365 migration projects is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale transformation programmes.
