Executive Informatics (Healthcare) - PRIT

Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as an Informatics Executive, where you will play a key role in managing and coordinating IT and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across departments while driving patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT-related projects.

• Collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure project requirements align with organizational goals.

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of database systems to support operational needs.

• Perform system testing in accordance with operational workflows and generate scheduled reports and ad-hoc data requests.

• Develop and enhance pharmacy data reports and dashboards in partnership with relevant departments.

• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot user issues, and prioritize needs for system applications.

• Prepare training resources and conduct sessions to ensure effective utilization of pharmacy systems.

• Coordinate with IT teams for asset management and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in a relevant field with a strong interest in IT and automation.

• Relevant experience in an IT-related role within a healthcare environment is beneficial.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including macros and power query.

• Experience with data extraction and mining tools, such as SQL.
