1 Year Contract Events Administrator #TNJH

1 year contract but will have a review during 6-month markon extension for another 6 months

• Manage logistics and provide support for on-site program/events relatedactivities
• Organise program materials and manage inventory
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events (likeconferences, meetings & etc).
• Coordinating and managing timelines with engaged vendors.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless planningand execution of their events
• Oversee event logistics (such as networking opportunities, catering, AV,transportation).
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries
• Handle administrative tasks related to programs/events
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma education or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in event management
• Able to multi-task and possess good communication skills
• Have a keen attention to detail and is well-organized
• Positive team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable to work in Sentosa (work location)

Location: Sofitel Sentosa Resort & Spa @ 2 Bukit Manis Rd,Sentosa, Singapore 099891 (Nearest MRT: Harbourfront)

Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM (Mon to Fri) with 1-hour lunch break

Salary: $2,800 to $3,200
