International Student Consultant (1 year contract / Academy)

Senior Executive / Executive – Student Services (International)

This is a 1-year contract role, renewal or conversion is subject to headcount availability.

• Salary: $3,000 - $4,200
• Location: Central (Relocating to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area around Q2 2027)
• Working Hours: Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 6pm / Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Support pre-departure and arrival briefings for international students.
• Coordinate with outsourced vendors to ensure application and Student Pass data entry is completed on time and accurately.
• Organise Integration and Student Wellbeing Events for new local and international students.
• Answer Student Pass mailbox.
• Update documents, financial records and presentation slides.
• Manage administration of Inpatient and Outpatient student medical insurance.
• Liaise with Business Units to coordinate student registration for insurance.
• Manage student enquiries on insurance update statistics.
• Manage Meet & Greet Services, including scheduling arrangements for Airport Pick-up, Medical and Student Pass Collections.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Communicate and provide regular updates to current students through social media and webpage.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline / Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a Private Education industry environment would be an advantage.
