Job Summary

We are hiring trainers (full-time or part-time) with expertise in F&B, Hospitality, Culinary, or Pastry to deliver engaging training, mentor learners, and develop career-ready skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed academic and lesson plans to ensure effective knowledge transfer during training sessions
• Coordinate logistics and collaborate with facility management to maintain smooth training operations
• Deliver and manage classroom and practical training sessions that engage learners and fulfill curriculum objectives
• Assess and grade assignments, practical evaluations, and assessments to measure and track student progress
• Design course schedules and curriculum content aligned with training standards and industry requirements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students to enhance their skill development throughout the learning journey
• Continuously evaluate and update training content based on student feedback and emerging industry trends

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in any field or equivalent
• Prior related working experience
• Possession of ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) is an added advantage

Other Information

• Good command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively in online and offline lessons
• Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver engaging training sessions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate effectively as a team player
• Strong computer and AI skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
• Renumeration will commensurate with experience
