Senior IT Service manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW

A well‑established technology services company delivering IT solutions, infrastructure support, and outsourced operational services. It works with clients across various sectors to enhance efficiency and strengthen digital capabilities.

This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable / renewable)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee support and operations of critical banking applications and services.

· Lead ITSM processes and drive service improvement initiatives.

· Manage incidents, escalations, SLAs, service catalogues, and operational governance.

· Lead, mentor, and develop L0, L1, and L2 support teams, promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

· Coordinate with business users, vendors, development, infrastructure, and regional teams to ensure service stability.

· Lead support teams, monitor service performance, and drive operational excellence.

· Act as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders across Singapore and other APAC offices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Atleast 10 years of IT Service Management and Application Support experience within banking or financial services environment.
• Strong expertise in incident, problem, change, service request, SLA, and service continuity management.
• Hands-on experience supporting business-critical banking applications, transaction processing, client onboarding, compliance, and customer-facing platforms.
• Proven ability to lead L0/L1/L2 support teams and manage major incidents.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and ITS frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications kills.
• Knowledge of corporate banking products, including Payments, Cash Management, CASA, Lending, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Degree in IT or related discipline; ITS certification is good to have.
