IT Project Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW

A well‑established technology services company delivering IT solutions, infrastructure support, and outsourced operational services. It works with clients across various sectors to enhance efficiency and strengthen digital capabilities.

This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable/renewable)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensuresuccessful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors,project financials, and resource utilization.
• Drive implementation and transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking domains

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Atleast 7 years of Project/Program Management experience, within banking or financial environment.
• Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking-relatedprojects.
• Strong stakeholdermanagement, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
• Corporate Banking Domain such as: CASA (Current Account& Savings Account), Loans and Lending Products, Treasury / Market Products, Accounting and General Ledger, Payments and Cash Management,
• Regulatory Reporting, including MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) reporting requirements
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
