KY11 - HR cum Purchasing [Defu south | Up to $3400 | Mon-Fri only!]

HR cum Purchasing
Working Timing: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
Working Location: Defu South ( Tai Seng / Kaki Bukit)
Salary: $2500 - $3400

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with recruitment agencies on employee recruitment and termination matters
• Prepare employment contracts and coordinate the signing of employment documents with employees
• Develop employee training plans and coordinate the implementation of training programmes
• Develop and maintain company policies relating to manpower and employment matters
• Liaise and communicate with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) when required
• Assist in handling and resolving employment-related disputes between the company and employees
• Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IR21 and IR8A submissions.
• Handle employee work pass and immigration matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations and conversions
• Monitor work pass validity and ensure timely renewal or cancellation when required
• Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, placing purchase orders and following up on deliveries
• Perform general administrative duties including documentation, filing and office supplies management
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and external parties on purchasing and administrative matters
• Perform other HR, purchasing and administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• With relevant experience in HR, payroll, work pass administration, purchasing or related role
• Experience in payroll processing, IR8A and IR21 submissions will be an advantage
• Experience handling work pass applications, renewals and cancellations will be an advantage
• Experience in purchasing, supplier sourcing and quotation comparison will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
