0731 - Site Supervisor (finishing / stone works)

Role:
Site Supervisor (finishing / stone works)

• Salary: $4000 - $5000
• Working Days: 5.5 Days
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat 9am – 1pm
• Office Location: Tuas (Travel to project side islandwide)

Job Scope:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for marble, granite, stone, tiles laying works
• Manage and direct a team of workers on site to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants on site progress, quality and defects
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce WSH/safety regulations on site
• Monitor work schedules and manpower deployment to meet project timelines
• Inspect completed works for quality compliance before handover
• Maintain site records, progress reports and material delivery documentation
• Coordinate material deliveries and logistics between warehouse and project sites

Requirements:

• Possess Class 3 license
• Minimum 2 years above site supervision experience in construction, preferably finishing / stone works
