Project Director

We are looking for an experienced Project Director

with strong fabrication and workshop experience to manage the

production and delivery of event and exhibition projects

Key Responsibilities

• Manage event and exhibition fabrication projects from production planning to installation and handover

• Coordinate with designers, fabrication workshop teams and suppliers to ensure production requirements are met

• Oversee fabrication processes including carpentry, metalwork, structures and finishing works

• Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality standards

• Coordinate installation works and supervises site progress

• Identify production issues and implement practical solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in events or exhibition fabrication, interior fit-out or related industries

• Strong fabrication workshop and production management experience

• Familiar with common fabrication materials and production processes used in event and exhibition builds

• Able to manage subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams

• Able to communicate and work in Mandarin, as the role requires coordination with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers

• Good organizational and project coordination skills
