MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Manufacturing Operations Manager will beresponsible for overseeing the production process to ensure that output meetsquality expectations as well as customer demands. They will manage operationsand maintenance staff while conducting operational workflow and identifyingareas of process improvement. Additionally, they will be tasked with ensuringcompliance with health and safety standards, managing budgets, and trackingperformance metrics.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeproduction process from start to finish ensuring output meets quality andcustomer requirements

· Manageoperations and maintenance staff ensuring they have the necessary training andresources to perform their duties

· Reviewoperational workflow, identifying areas of process improvement, andimplementing necessary changes

· Ensurecompliance with health and safety standards as well as any legal regulations

· Managebudgets for production and maintenance, ensuring expenses remain withinapproved limits

· Trackperformance metrics, identify areas of underperformance, and create plans toimprove operations

· Provideregular updates to Senior Management on production status and performancemetrics

· Relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentwith staff management responsibilities

· Strongcommunication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to workwell under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

· Proficient inindustry-specific software and technology
