About this job
Position: Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator
- 5.5 days’ work week
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm | Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Location: Jurong
- Salary: $2,200 – $2,500 (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
- Manage incoming leads by promptly responding to customer enquiries to ensure timely communication
- Record customer enquiries and relay detailed information to the Sales Team for follow-up actions
- Provide administrative support by organizing documents, invoicing entry and coordinating team communications
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in customer service to enhance customer interactions and problem resolution
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, to perform daily tasks
