About this job
Responsibility:
Assist the Chairman in the overall planning and management of kindergarten operations, covering core modules such as teaching implementation, student recruitment, and faculty management, to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the operational system.
Take the lead in formulating special plans in accordance with the requirements of the Board of Directors to ensure that each kindergarten achieves phased goals as scheduled.
Possess excellent student recruitment capabilities, be familiar with the needs of parents of young children and the logic of student recruitment conversion, design recruitment plans, and continuously optimize recruitment results through data-driven approaches, helping each kindergarten steadily improve the quality and quantity of student sources.
Be responsible for the training and development of the entire team, focusing on enhancing members' professional capabilities and improving work performance; at the same time, lead the team to sort out and optimize operational processes to effectively improve overall work efficiency.
Job Requirements
Have 10 years of work experience in the early childhood education field, including practical experience in operation management and administrative management at the preschool education or primary school stage.
Must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education issued by a recognized institution, and possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadership) or an equivalent academic qualification.
Possess excellent leadership skills and have solid achievements in team management; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to efficiently coordinate internal and external relationships.
Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with clear and organized work logic and attention to detail control.
Have a proactive work attitude and good team collaboration awareness.
Be fluent in both English and Mandarin communication. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
