IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

Implement projects to ensure service delivery covering design, setup, configuration, implementation and commissioning of platform operations Applications.

- Translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure design.

- Ensure compliance with theAuthority's Technical Architecture, SG-TRM, IM8 and IT Policies.

- Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications. (eg. LMS Syslog,MXNet, APIMG, IDM, etc)

- Manage platform operations system architecture for new and existing applications.

- Serve as the main infrastructure point-of-contact for platform operations applications.

- Work with SR/OS Team on infrastructure matters impacting platform operations applications.

- Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews, endorse hardening standards, PT and VAST remediation for platform operations applications.

- Experience with AI and machine learning tools, platforms, with use cases within an ICT infrastructure or platform operations context.

- Support and contribute to the team's automation front (eg. Configuration Management & AutomatedTesting) via AI initiatives, including exploring opportunities to leverageAI-driven solutions to enhance platform operations efficiency, reduce manual effort,and improve service delivery outcomes.

- Maintain a sound understanding of the platform operations application's environment.
