Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize SMILE ERP system (Access/PostgreSQL)
• Support legacy VFP8 systems during transition periods
• Develop Python tools for automation, data extraction, and reporting
• Build and maintain DXF processing pipelines (parsing, validation, visualization)
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks and implement performance improvements
• Collaborate on AI/ML initiatives (OCR, component detection, scheduling optimization)
• Provide production support for ERP outages
• Document code, processes, and system architecture
• Perform other relevant duties or projects as assigned by Superior

Key Skills To-Have:

• MS Access + VBA + PostgreSQL
• Python scripting & automation
• Ubuntu Server & Linux administration
• VFP8 (legacy system support)
• CAD/DXF & electrical domain knowledge

Requirements & Others:

• Experience with CAD platforms
• Familiarity with YOLO/computer vision for document/symbol detection
• Knowledge of PostgREST or similar REST API frameworks
• Docker containerization and deployment experience
• Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Web development (React, HTML/CSS) for reporting dashboards
• Problem-solving across multiple tech stacks
• Strong communication for cross-functional support
• Attention to detail in manufacturing/electrical contexts
• Ability to learn legacy systems quickly
