Brand Marketing Manager (Consumer Products)

Our esteemed client in the Health & Wellness industry is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Brand Marketing Manager
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Expand sales through retail, e-commerce, corporate partnerships, and new distribution channels.
• Manage online sales platforms and optimise digital performance.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, content initiatives, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyse market trends, campaign performance, and sales data to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor commercial performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen brand positioning.
• Support long-term business growth and future market expansion initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in brand or product marketing within the consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of growing product sales through retail and e-commerce channels.
• Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse sales performance and marketing data.
• Experience planning integrated marketing campaigns and managing external agencies or partners.
• Experience working with consumer retail brands would be a plus.
• Existing network with retailers, distributors, or marketing partners is highly preferred.
