1. About the Role
An International Bank is seeking a dedicated Automation & AI Specialist to serve as an embedded, relationship-focused extension of its IT team. The resource will be placed by Intwo Pte Ltd and will develop and deliver automation, AI, reporting, and digital solutions, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable and effective products that drive operational efficiency and innovation.
2. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.
- Create and support Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Design and optimize AI solutions using effective prompting techniques.
- Support adoption and use of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across business functions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Perform testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of developed solutions.
- Create user documentation and provide end-user training and support.
- Ensure solutions comply with IT security, governance, and best practice standards.
KeySkills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, data modelling, and analytics.
• Experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365, prompt engineering, and Copilot Agents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL (nice to have)
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and/or Azure Logic Apps (nice to have)
4. Soft Skills &Cultural Fit• Strong written and verbal English communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts to less-technical stakeholders

5. Work Arrangement &Travel• Primary base: the client's Singapore office (on-site or hybrid, with regular on-site presence required)
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM SGT (with after-hours escalation protocol for critical P1 issues)
