Product Consultant – Long-Term Part-Time (Golf Retail)

Our client is a leading global golf equipment and performance apparel company, offering premium golf and sports-related products.

Contract Duration: ASAP – 3 / 6 / 12 months
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: Up to 44 hours per week
Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 9:30am – 9:30pm, approximately 8 hours per day
Locations: Takashimaya / Isetan Department Stores

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell premium golf equipment and performance apparel to customers.
• Approach customers, understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Provide excellent customer service and product demonstrations where required.
• Maintain product displays, counters and POP materials in a clean and presentable condition.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, organised and adequately stocked.
• Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment and general retail operations.
• Support promotional events, product launches and marketing activities.
• Gather customer feedback and share market or competitor insights with the management team.
• Work closely with the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Retail or promoter experience is preferred.
• Passionate about golf or sports, with knowledge or interest in golf products being an advantage.
